All products sold on COOLNEXT INDIA carry the standard manufacturer warranty as specified on the product listing. This typically ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and product category. Warranty cards (where applicable) are included in the packaging.
COOLNEXT INDIA offers an optional Extended Warranty Program that provides up to 3 years of additional coverage beyond the standard manufacturer warranty. Extended warranty must be purchased at the time of the original order. Contact us to know more about eligibility.
• Manufacturing defects • Hardware failure under normal use • Component failures (RAM, storage, GPU, CPU) • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products • Pre-assembled PC build defects
• Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents) • Water or liquid damage • Damage caused by power surges (use a UPS) • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs • Normal wear and tear • Consumables (thermal paste, fans after 2 years) • Software issues, viruses, or OS errors
Step 1: Contact our support team via email at support@coolnextindia.com or WhatsApp +91 98328 94475 Step 2: Provide your Order ID, product serial number, and description of the issue Step 3: Our team will verify eligibility and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code Step 4: Ship the product to us with the RMA code clearly marked on the package Step 5: We will diagnose, repair or replace, and return the product within 7–14 business days
For DOA (Dead On Arrival) products reported within 48 hours of delivery, we offer a direct replacement. For other warranty claims, we will first attempt repair. If repair is not possible, a replacement of equivalent or better specification will be provided.
For warranty claims within the first 6 months, COOLNEXT INDIA covers two-way shipping charges. After 6 months, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us; we will cover the return shipping after service.
You can track and manage your warranty claims through your account dashboard under Profile > Warranty. RMA codes and claim status are visible in real-time.
