2. Product Information & Pricing Accuracy
While we make every effort to display accurate product details, pricing, and stock status, errors may occasionally occur due to database updates or network failures. COOLNEXT INDIA reserves the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed with incorrect pricing or technical specifications. In such instances, a full refund will be processed to the original payment source within 3 business days.

The Company is not liable for components damaged due to incorrect handling, power spikes, or lack of proper surge protection (UPS).

Under no circumstances shall COOLNEXT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED or its directors be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, system downtime, operating system corruption, or business disruptions arising out of using products purchased from our platform.
