1. Acceptance of Terms
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable. By accessing, browsing, or using the domain name www.coolnextindia.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. COOLNEXT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") is located at C/O ABDUL HAI, KARIALI NIMTOLA, P.S. Harishchandrapur, Malda, West Bengal – 732125, India.
2. Reseller and Retailer Status
COOLNEXT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED IS NOT A MANUFACTURER. We act solely as a retailer, reseller, marketplace partner, distributor, or reseller. All warranty liabilities belong to the respective brand/manufacturer. Brand warranty terms override any seller representations, and all manufacturer warranty claims must be processed through authorized brand service centers.
3. Eligibility and User Registration
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors are prohibited from registering or transacting. Users are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality.
4. Order Cancellations & System Pricing Errors
The Company reserves the right to cancel suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk orders. In the event of technical database pricing errors, orders may be cancelled at the Company's sole discretion before dispatch, and a full refund will be processed.
5. Custom PC & Software Licences
Custom PC builds are built to specification and are non-returnable once the assembly process starts. Activated software licenses (operating systems, antivirus keys, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for data loss, operating system corruption, business loss, financial deficits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware installations or Website runtime usage.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malda, West Bengal, India.
