At COOLNEXT INDIA, we strive to make the cancellation process as hassle-free as possible. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately at support@coolnextindia.com or WhatsApp +91 98328 94475 with your Order ID.
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking ID has been assigned, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery under our Return Policy.
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. If you refuse delivery of a COD order without prior notification, a Rs 150 handling charge may be deducted from any future refund or store credit.
For cancelled prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (Razorpay) or 7–10 business days for bank transfers. UPI and wallet refunds typically reflect within 24–48 hours.
If you wish to cancel specific items from a multi-item order, contact us before dispatch. Partial cancellations are honoured at our discretion depending on fulfilment status.
Custom-built PCs, pre-ordered items, and products that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
In rare cases, COOLNEXT INDIA may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or pricing errors. You will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed within 3 business days.
