Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Carriers & Logistics

All orders placed on our website are dispatched through our primary shipping partner, India Post. To ensure optimal courier speeds and coverage, we may also ship packages via other premium couriers such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, or other private carriers.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Within West Bengal: 2 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Remote / Rural Areas: Additional transit times may apply depending on accessibility and local postal carrier limits.

3. Shipping Methods & Charges

We support both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping methods. Prepaid orders are eligible for standard shipping rates or free promotional shipping, subject to active site thresholds. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional COD convenience charges may apply and will be dynamically computed at checkout.

4. Transit Protection & Unboxing Video Mandate

COOLNEXT INDIA is not liable for package damages occurring during shipping. If the outer shipping box shows obvious signs of damage, please reject the package and report it to us immediately. A continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from opening the outer seal to testing the item is highly recommended (and may be requested as mandatory) to claim replacements for items lost, damaged in transit, or missing from the package.
