Return & Refund Policy

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
We support a 7 Days Replacement Policy. Returns or replacements are accepted only for Dead on Arrival (DOA) units, manufacturing defects, wrong items delivered, or missing package contents. To prevent abuse, returns are NOT accepted for compatibility issues, customer misuse, physical damage, water damage, burnt circuits, or wrong installations.
2. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your return has been received and inspected at our Malda head office, approved refunds are processed back to the original source payment (UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit card). Refunds will reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customer bank account details must be provided to facilitate bank transfer refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Custom PC orders are generally non-returnable once component assembly has begun. Activated digital software licenses, operating system activation codes, and antivirus subscription keys are strictly non-refundable.
